In Person Services

The Personal Fitness Training programs are always started with an individual exercise evaluation to determine bio-mechanical strengths and weaknesses within your body. When the body has bio-mechanical issues it will develop injuries over time. So imagine this you have been overweight for 5 or more years and your body is out of balance. You are developing muscular imbalances that are creating excessive stress for your joints and tendons which are causing you pain and discomfort. Knowing this I will design a plan for you that includes corrective exercise and weight loss together. There is no reason to be skinny if you are not fit and pain free as well right?

As part of the Personal Fitness Training you will learn how to Shop, Prepare and Cook for life. Knowing how to properly shop, prepare and cook healthy food is the key to a healthy happy life. As you have heard nutrition is no less then 80% of the key to weight loss, so why not learn how to cook and eat clean. I can teach you how to prepare restaurant quality food that is healthy for you and your goals. Eat Clean Cook Clean for life!

Online Services

My Everyday Workouts for Everyday People program is not your typical online 12 week diet and exercise program. Instead, it's a program that focuses on restoring your body mentally and physically through exercise and food. Your program begins with body weight exercises, easy cardiovascular exercise and an all food detox (no pills or shakes to buy). Each week you will boost your metabolism naturally as the workouts will challenge you.
